This morning at 6:30am I sent Michael at Zocam Plumbing a facebook message because our water heater was leaking and we had no hot water. He responded within 5 minutes. Within an hour someone was at my door, had assessed the problem, and left to get us a new water heater… all before my kids had even left for school!!! It was installed by 12pm and we were all taken care of for a fair price. I didn’t have to miss any work, and was conveniently able to pay over the phone. This is the second water heater that Zocam has helped us with since we have been in our home and I wouldn’t have even thought about calling anyone else. I also know Michael personally and there isn’t anyone else I would call to take care of our plumbing needs. He is honest, fair, and quick to take care of his customers. Shout out to James who showed up here in the pouring rain, and was knowledgeable and friendly.

I had an excellent experience with this professional company! I had an issue with my since blocked New Year’s Day! They came out the very next day early, fixed it. 2 weeks later it reclogged i called them. Without giving me a hard time, they send someone right back out at no charge to unclog it again and things have been great since.
Will definitely be my go to plumber moving forward.

I recently used Zocam plumbing on a full kitchen renovation. The Owner Micheal Elmore and his employees were honest, knowledgeable, curteous, and very punctual. All the plumbing work was very clean and streamline. Dealing with this company was a pleasurable experience! Out of the five contractors that worked on this project Zocam was by far the best. I’ll definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of plumbing work done!
